Wear comfortable shoes with plenty of cushioning and ankle support. Generally, running shoes have too much tread which restricts side movement. Some cross- trainers are appropriate if they have soles that allow you to spin, but be aware of the amount of grip which could put strain on your knees. An aerobics or jazz shoe is appropriate in our venues.
